It's spring, one of your favorite lake's main forage types is shad and each morning there's all kinds of commotion and thrashing in the shallows...
It's that time of year folks... the shad are spawning!
And do you know what also happens when the shad are spawning?
Many bass are eating!

As long as their white I guess though I'm partial to limetreuse when bass are on shad at times...
