When someone asks when's the best time to fish spinnerbaits, one of two situations pop into my mind;
1) burning the spinnerbait over rock and grass strewn flats during the warmer months or
2) slow rolling rock and gravel areas when night fishing.
When bass pro Miles "Sonar" Burghoff described this prespawn situation it got the gears grinding in the ole brain...
